(Denison, IA) – The Women in Business Impact Organization is excited to announce that the popular “Horse Drawn Wagon Rides” will be returning to Denison on Saturday, December 14th and will be held in collaboration with the new “Winter Snowcial” event. The group has organized this event with Fred and Marilyn Coltrain from Kiron who will be bringing their beautiful horses and wagon for families to enjoy a scenic ride through uptown Denison. Rides will be available from 1-4pm and free will donations will be accepted. All proceeds will go towards WIBIO sponsored Holiday events and beautification projects throughout the year. The Women in Business Impact Organization (WIBIO-a committee of the Chamber and Development Council of Crawford County) are hoping that this will become a holiday tradition for visitors to enjoy for years to come.
Visitors are encouraged to meet in the lobby of the Donna Reed Theatre as the loading zone will be in front of the theatre entrance. Concessions will be also be available for purchase including soda and popcorn. In case of inclement weather, the event will be postponed for a later date.
