Crawford County Women in Business
Impact Organization (WIBIO)

History

WIBIO was established in 2012. Originating as a coffee club, the organization swiftly transformed into a group wanting to have a community impact. Since then, WIBIO has been at the forefront of initiatives to make Crawford county a better place to live, work and play.

Purpose

WIBIO exists to bring together women from diverse professional backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to uplift Crawford County. Through collaborative efforts, we aim to make a positive impact on our community, foster professional development, and create lasting connections.

Structure & Finance

WIBIO operates under the Chamber and Development Council of Crawford County (CDC). This unique structure provides opportunities for collaboration and support from the broader business community. A representative from the CDC will act as the Secretary/Treasurer. Financial transactions and reporting are overseen by the Secretary/Treasurer. The CDC will hold the funds for WIBIO.

Membership

Membership is open to all women in Crawford County who share our commitment to community development. There are no restrictions based on business ownership, professional background, or CDC membership.
